1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Luxury777 platform, including the website, online services, games, and all content provided by the platform. These Terms take effect from the date you register an account or the date they were last updated — whichever is later.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Luxury777 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, cashback, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and special seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated on the relevant page.
• Validity period: Each bonus has its own validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

All games on Luxury777 — including slots, Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Blackjack), table games, and Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports) — are subject to the following rules:

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system or dealer. No disputes will be entertained after a result has been confirmed, except in cases of verified technical error.
• Internet connection failures during gameplay are the player's responsibility. Bets that have already been submitted will not be voided due to disconnection.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure on Luxury777's end that affects game outcomes, all affected bets will be refunded to players within 24 hours.
• Sports Betting: the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply, even if the odds change thereafter. For live betting, odds are updated every 0.3 seconds and players must reconfirm if the odds change while submitting a bet.
• Luxury777 reserves the right to void or resettle any bets affected by incorrect information, fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.

6Prohibitions, Restrictions & Account Closure

Luxury777 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close the account of any member found to have engaged in any of the following:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity
• Using software or technology to exploit game vulnerabilities (bots, scripts, auto-clickers)
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through dishonest betting strategies
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Placing hedge bets (arbitrage) across different accounts to guarantee risk-free profits
• Share or transfer funds between different Luxury777 accounts
• Providing false or misleading information in any communication with Luxury777

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting Luxury777 customer support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 3–5 working days after all active wagering requirements have been met and any pending withdrawals have been processed.
